2022 Political Contributions Report

This report outlines corporate political contributions made by Monster Beverage Corporation and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Monster Energy”) in the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.

All political contributions must be made in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any political contributions made by Monster Energy will promote the Company’s interests and will be made without regard for the personal political preferences of any director, officer or employee.

Any political contributions to be made by Monster Energy must be reviewed by the Company’s legal department to ensure legal compliance. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, composed entirely of independent directors, reviews Monster Energy’s political contributions at least annually.
