Monster Energy also offers "Beast Mode," a training program designed to develop future leaders in the Sale Organization. Employees apply to participate, and participants are taken through eight courses on professional and leadership topics. Participants are given exposure to business strategy meetings to obtain additional skills and knowledge.
Monster Energy University is Monster Energy's online learning platform. Monster Energy employees and select bottler partners have the ability to complete self-guided modules and receive points, badges and certifications through a "gamified" experience.
Monster Energy's annual internship program features twelve weeks of real-world experience in all job functions of Monster Energy, providing a holistic perspective on the company.
